Breakfast options were good and kept us full until mid-afternoon. the onsen was fantastic and was quite peaceful when we went. the room was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching a couple of movies on the TV. the staff were friendly and the location was convenient for exploring the city.

The noise level in the hotel was terrible. We were woken up several times during the night by other guests talking loudly in the hallways and slamming doors.

Fantastic breakfast buffet, beautiful Hotel Onsen, well-equipped and clean room, helpful staff despite the language barrier.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, serving both Japanese and Western dishes. The hotel's Onsen was absolutely beautiful and I was lucky enough to have it all to myself at 5pm. Being able to relax in the hot spring was definitely the highlight of my trip. The room was also great, it had everything I needed and was very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier.

Almost perfect - cannot think of any negative aspects of this hotel. The experience was truly enjoyable and hassle-free.
